Notice of the One-Year Anniversary Celebration of the H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Cultural and Art Museum The H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Cultural and Art Museum held its Grand Opening ceremony in June of 2014. Since then the museum has received great support and attention from all parts of the society. Several first-day issues of stamped envelope were published in commemoration of the grand opening. The H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Cultural and Art Museum is dedicated to displaying the arts and culture created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in order to bring cultural and artistic enjoyment to the people of the community and the entire nation. People can learn the high moral characters of H. H. Dorje Chang Buddha III through watching His Holiness’ creations. By following the teachings of H. H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to help others and benefit the society altruistically, we can all make our world more prosperous, peaceful, and developed. That is another contribution to the human kind by the H. H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Cultural and Art Museum. With time passing quickly, the first anniversary of the H. H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Cultural and Art Museum will soon be upon us. To commemorate this momentous event and to celebrate the birthday of H. H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, the museum will bring forth more artworks for display and hold a series of celebration activities on June 27th and 28th. We sincerely hope that all members of the museum and the multitude of people can come and join us in these event.

1. Releasing Lives for Benefiting the Multitude of Beings–Time: 9AM Place: 13759 Fiji Way, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292
2. Museum Tours–Time: 1:30PM – 5:30PM
Sunday, June 28, 2015 (Museum will be closed in the morning of June 28 in preparation for the afternoon activities.)
1. Anniversary Ceremony–Time: 2PM – 3:30PM Place: Grand Hall Downstairs of the Museum 170 E. School St., Covina, CA 91723 USA
2. Celebration Festival Time: 3:30PM – 8:30PM Place: Heritage Plaza Park, 400 N. Citrus Ave, Covina, CA 91723 USA
Note: 1. The celebration festival will open to general public of the community in addition to members. The festival will include the following exciting programs:
1. Live mariachi and pop bands,
2. Live DJ,
3. Kung Fu, changing face, and dragon dance performances,
4. Raffle drawings with many prizes,
5. Charity selling booths,
6. Catered food (for a fee), and
7. Displaying the winning arts of the K-5 art contest and presenting awards to the winners.
