In recent days, many Buddhists made inquiries to the United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters (UIWBAH) with some very silly and ignorant requests to seek validation. They said that their master is a very famous one and is a close and trusted disciple of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. That was why this master became a great holy one in their mind. On the other hand, the discourses given by such masters do not agree with the recorded dharma discourses expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and the Buddha’s sutras. Also, observing the facts, the speech and conduct of such a master expressed an ordinary person’s behavior. So there are many issues that they could not figure out the answer. Therefore, they have doubts and serious afflictions. They are unable to judge whether this master is good or bad and whether what this master does is right or wrong. Their question is, why should they do?
The above mentioned issues should not be a question since long ago. The public announcements have reminded all of you many times and stated very clearly the method and standard for distinguishing what is upright and what is evil as well as what is good and what is bad to provide you with the information you asked for. Now we ask you, “Is your master a great Bodhisattva? Did he or she pass the examination at the level of Shang Zun (Golden Button Grade 3)?” Since the answer is obviously no to both questions, he or she simply does not possess the qualification to give discourses!!! People like you do not read the public announcements and insist on believing deceptions and being scammed by the consequences. We at UIWBAH feel deep sadness and pain for people like you who do not listen to the teaching and guidance!! Today, we have no other choice than telling you the words that are not nice to hear but are absolutely truthful, “Those of you who do not distinguish what is good and what is bad according to the public announcements deserve to be cheated by fraud and suffering the consequences. That is the retribution for not reading the public announcements, not using the public announcements to check and verify what is upright and what is evil, and not listening to the teachings by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III!”
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III regards all living beings as His own family members. There is not any master who is exceptionally close and trusted. Only masters who passed the examination at high grade levels are candidates of priority to be taught, guided, and developed by His Holiness the Buddha. This is because H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III wants those who are truly cultivating Buddhism and wishes them to become greatly accomplished. The greater their accomplishment, the more capable they will be in helping to support and share the Tathagata’s mission and responsibilities of broadly benefiting people and all living beings with great compassion.
To see the differences between true holy ones and false holy ones and between great accomplishments and small accomplishments, you must look at the fact shown by the dharma attire worn by masters that indicates one’s grade level!!! This is because the dharma attire or the grade level is the real status and identity a master earned from exerting his/her all-out best effort, since no one is willing to settle at a lower grade level than others!!!
We hereby remind you once again. If you continue your usual behavior of not reading the public announcements to check and verify, not looking at a master’s dharma attire indicating one’s grade level, not studying to understanding the teachings from the treasure book Learning from Buddha, and not using the 128 views to validate the facts, you will only have the retribution of continuously being defrauded!!! For that, UIWBAH can neither help you nor rescue you.
