Answer No. 25

The “Fine Horse Walking Dharma” is a dharma in Tibetan esoteric Buddhism and is at the initial stage of ascending into the sky and walking on clouds. Although one who practices this dharma is a Ru Zun with the word “holy” in the title, such person is unable to establish an inner-tantric mandala. Practicing this dharma is only somewhat higher and superior than the Dustpan Pose that Sun Wukong (the Monkey King) used to ride on clouds in the fairy tale story Journey to the West. This is because the cultivated accomplishment at this level is still not sufficient. One still has to exert the effort on cultivation to pursue and develop one’s realization of accomplishment. Only great holy virtuous ones with the realization at the level of Golden Button Grade 3 or above can possess the holy realization to establish an inner-tantric mandala.

H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III said, “I have heard about the ‘Fine Horse Walking Dharma,’ but I myself do not know this ‘Fine Horse Walking Dharma.’ Other than being humbled by not having the dharma others have, I just know that only cultivation is fundamentally important. Since you want to learn this dharma, you can go elsewhere to beseech a great holy virtuous one!”
