H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III does not have an inner-tantric mandala. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the only Buddha in the history of Buddhism who has received the largest number of and the highest recognitions from the leaders, regent leaders, and great rinpoches of all major sects of Buddhism. This fact has been verified through carefully checking the history of recognitions of Buddhism. If you do not believe, please point out which holy one created such an example either in the past or at present or which holy one has reached the heights set by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in the five vidyas that no one can produce anything in comparison. It is not true as you perceived that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III does not confer inner-tantric initiations due to not having an inner-tantric mandala. Rather, it is because you do not possess the qualification to receive a true inner-tantric initiation. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is a Buddha and therefore does not need an inner-tantric mandala. Just as the situation with Sakyamuni Buddha, wherever His Holiness the Buddha is present and transmitting the dharma is an inner-tantric mandala possessing holy siddhi.
Venerable Mozhi said, “I myself and the Yu Zuns and Shang Zuns who are higher than me all received true inner-tantric State Practice Initiations of the Seed of Holy Cause from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, our beneficent Buddha Master. Also, holy virtuous one Zhao Yusheng whom people all know also received an inner-tantric Initiation of Dharma Affinity with the Yidam conferred by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. That was exactly why Amitabha Buddha came in person to transmit a holy dharma to him that enabled him to realize the state of being free from birth and death and knowing in advance the time when he would enter nirvana. At that time, Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva manifested in person to receive him as seen by other people.”
“I will add a few more words here. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is a Buddha. To Him, any place is a holy inner-tantric mandala. There have been very, very many great accomplished ones who were saved and liberated by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. All left real feats about real persons to us. Other than H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, who in this world has created so many real examples? Aren’t these all true?”
