You inquired about so-and-so person and whether the inner-tantric mandala established by each of so-and-so dharma king, so-and-so, venerable one, and so-and-so dharma master is true or not. First, we will not satisfy your wish to list their dharma titles publicly. Asking for that already belongs to ignorance and shows that you did not read the announcements. Those whom you mentioned are not at the level of Golden Button Grade 1 yet and are still at the levels of blue buttons. They can at most be called eminent monastics and great virtuous ones and are not great holy Bodhisattvas. They do not have the cultivated accomplishment to establish an inner-tantric mandala at all and are unable to confer a true inner-tantric initiation for their disciples.
We tell you clearly that, among 100,000 rinpoches, 1,000 eminent monastics and great virtuous ones, or 100 holy virtuous ones, perhaps not even one great holy virtuous one can be found who possesses the ability to establish a true inner-tantric mandala that meets the stipulations of the dharma. Otherwise, the situation would not be that no inner-tantric mandala has been found in the United States, China, India, and other places.
Although the masters you mentioned have quite some fame, their cultivated accomplishment is still very remote from establishing an inner-tantric mandala or conferring a true inner-tantric initiation for their disciples. This is because it is very difficult for them to invite a Buddha or Bodhisattva to arrive at the mandala. Furthermore, some of them perhaps are not able to perform outer-tantric initiations perfectly.
Maybe you still do not understand what we are telling you now. So let’s say this to you. In the recorded video titled “Manifestation of Genuine Buddha-Dharma That Is Difficult to See Even in One Thousand Years,” some of the persons you mentioned were present. You can see in the video how powerful and capable Venerable Mo Zhi was. They were defeated by the cultivated power of accomplishment of Venerable Mo Zhi to exit the contest. Even a figure you mentioned who has the title of venerable one or reincarnated rinpoche and is actually an ordinary person was so scared he did not dare to enter the contesting field. However, even Venerable Mo Zhi who is so great still cannot establish an inner-tantric mandala and must borrow one to confer an inner-tantric initiation. Compared to Venerable Mo Zhi, what can those famous figures you mentioned be regarded as? They are so far away!
