From the summer of 2008 until 2009, Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche and others toured the USA, distributing copies of the treasure book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to Governors, Indian Tribal Councils, and libraries. The rinpoche also gave presentations in 76 cities on the treasure book, explaining who Dorje Chang Buddha is, how we know that Master Wan Ko Yee is an incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, and why He has come to America. The tour was to introduce this America-based Buddha to the West and present the treasury of Buddha-dharma contained in the book H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.
