聯合國際世界佛教總部 (公告字第20150105號) 段位一樣，差距很大 關於段位相同，道行功德是否都同等大小？這個問題有很多人來諮詢聯合國際世界佛教總部，認為二段就是比一段高，三段就是比二段高。其實，這裡面有一個模糊地帶，如果認為有功夫外用力的人就是大聖者，其實說不定此人是一個佛教外行。常規來說，要到證量功夫三段才有外力的起用，但也有例外的，那必須是前世善根級位比今世目前的級位證量高，由於今世修持把三段退成了二段，此類性質也有外力起用的可能性存在。如果是經教考上的三段或行持德品所考取的三段，由於不屬於功夫所考上的三段，因此也不會外力起用，但是行持德品和經教論學、知見正邪比證量功夫所考上的三段更具功德善根資質。

聯合國際世界佛教總部 (公告字第20150104號) 聖德施軌概況: 聖德施軌概況本次佛教聖德考試，可以說是佛教考試中最嚴格、最完整、最高層次，也是最高規格、最高準確性的考法。比起考格西、佛學博士規格高得太多，甚至拉然巴格西，乃至俄然巴格西的錄取，也無法與之相提並論。因為即便是頂級俄然巴格西考試，也沒有證量功夫的考核，考五明也不是廣中廣考核，而是定相傳統的五明。而我聯合國際世界佛教總部舉行的佛教聖德考試，除了考經律論和正邪知見外，還必須考修行德品、聖德的言行作為，更重要的，要考道行、功夫，而且除了人考以外，還必須過聖考這一關，是按照考取聖德專用的“聖考祈請律章施軌”來作的考核。 “聖考祈請律章施軌”與“無上心要大圓滿精髓” 為同一法脈相承，是正規傳承的如來大法，源於法身佛普賢王如來，報身佛多杰羌佛傳給五方五佛，由五方五佛傳金剛薩埵，此上為印度傳承之心印傳承。金剛薩埵傳給勝喜金剛，再傳文殊親覲，再傳第七代為吉祥獅子，吉祥獅子傳給第八代蓮花生大士。旺扎尊者接承多杰羌佛、文殊親覲、蓮花生大士的心印傳承，將此伏藏聖考修法拿出應證考試聖德上師，護利群生，尊者為了弘揚佛教教法而不分宗派，以示平等弘揚，更為鎮魔除妖、排除邪教巫師竄擾壇城，特於修法時持頌“心經”、“金剛經”、“楞嚴咒”、“大悲咒”、“瑪哈嘎拉咒”、“熱呼拉咒”、“獨髮母咒”、“時輪金剛咒”、“普巴金剛咒”、“大威德金剛咒”、“蓋天金剛咒”等。
