Bright lights flashed as Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche gave a presentation on the treasure book in New York City.
Mysterious rainbow lights often flash when an especially high holy event occurs. They happened when the discourse on “What Is Cultivation?” was given by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III as described below. Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche reported that they would appear when she was preparing to read certain discourses by His Holiness. They also appeared in photos taken when she made presentations on the treasure book. After a group of students finished reading the Diamond Sutra they flashed around the altar area.
Golden Orb in front of the Xuanfa Institute
A very large ball of light appeared in a group photo taken of a group of visiting rinpoches at the Xuanfa Institute. It was early one morning and the light could be seen with the naked eye by those taking photographs. It would pulsate and shrink and then expand to the large ball of light shown here. It lasted several minutes and then disappeared. It was also captured on a video camera. It appeared one other time early in the morning in the same general area.
