Dharma Master Ruo Hui and Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche lectured to approximately 75 senior boys in three classes at Archbishop Riordan High School in San Francisco today.

Rinpoche explained what Buddhism is, what its practices are, the goal of these practices, and some of the results that you can obtain after achieving the goal, while the Dharma Master gave a brief introduction to one of these practices–meditation–and guided the classes in an actual meditation practice.
