Public Announcement No. 20170105: Monk Yin Hai Only Did One Thing.

By | March 1, 2017

A great holy virtuous one wrote this discourse. It is truly incomparably precise and wondrous, pinpoints to the key issue directly, and is totally different from the tone of any ordinary and mundane comment. No wonder that great holy virtuous one is at the grade level of Shang Zun (Golden Button Grade 3). We at the United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters (UIWBAH) now forward the original text of this discourse as the follows:

I will just say a few words here today. Originally, the full responsibility of all dharma affairs related to Elder Dharma Master’s nirvana should have been mine with the assistance from several dharma brothers including Mo Zhi, Gar Tongstan and others. However, Brother Wang Zha asked me to transfer this duty to Him to let him plan and handle the matter. Therefore, it was Brother Wang Zha who was actually in charge of the dharma affairs including the 100 sessions of holy dharma assemblies.

Many people made their own praising comments regarding Holy Monk Yin Hai’s nirvana state. However, their comments generally were about the greatness of the holy manifestations and did not touch the fundamentals. Even UIWBAH only described how the holy states manifested.

Some people even made absurd statements such as, “Why didn’t I hear about this holy venerable one before? Maybe this person did not exist.” The fact is that there are very many superior persons who are with H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. For instance, you do not know who I am! As another example, do you know the name of every upper-level figure in the royal family of Great Britain? How many people who have the lineage of nobility do you know about? How could you be in a position to know that? Because you are not related in any way to that lineage of nobility.

Some even addressed Holy Monk Yin Hai, who was at the world’s top level (Yu Zun, meaning Jade Venerable) with the titles of great benefactor, eminent monk, great virtuous one, greatly accomplished one, dharma master and so on, which are actually insults to the Holy Monk. Some said that Holy Monk Yin Hai was truly an eminent monk of the current generation because of the facts that His flesh body was laid in open space for almost a month without being frozen and was close to the people who were viewing, chanting, and paying respect, that the flesh body not only did not have any stinky smell but also emitted light and fragrant scent, and that the body was very firm and hard …… Such praises and titles of addressing are sufficient for an eminent monk in normal circumstances, but are incorrect for Elder Monk Yin Hai. The holy manifestations by Elder Dharma Master are clearly unprecedented in history, but these people still used titles applicable to ordinary eminent monks.

Actually, there are some extremely silly persons! They asked, “Since Elder Dharma Master Yin Hai was a holy monk, why would He still rely on others to practice the dharma and chant to provide auxiliary merit?” Let me clearly tell people like you. These people who did the auxiliary chanting are not even worthy of a strand of hair from Elder Dharma Master Yin Hai. The purpose of their chanting Buddhas’ names and reciting sutras is to take advantage of the Elder Dharma Master’s empowerment to create and perfect their resources for cultivation. How could the Elder Dharma Master need people with stinky bodies of five turbidities like you? This is similar to the situation on the day when Sakyamuni Buddha, Amitabha Buddha, or Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva (Kuan Sher Yin Bodhisattva) attained enlightenment and entered nirvana. At that time, ordinary people would attend the grand dharma assembly to follow the rituals of chanting the Buddha’s name, reciting sutras, chanting mantras, presenting offerings, dedicating merit, praying, and so on. Do Buddhas and Bodhisattvas need these ordinary beings’ help of chanting?  The truth is that these ordinary people are using the opportunity of practicing the dharma on this holy day and dedicating the merit to Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to gather tremendous merit in return to increase their benefits and resources for cultivation. If you have heard the ritual to practice the Supreme Grand Female Mahasattva Dharma, you would know that there is an absolutely required sentence to dedicate merit in the ending practice, “I wish to dedicate the merit cultivated now to the Supreme Female Mahasattva.” Does the holiest Female Mahasattva with wonderful enlightenment need the dedication of merit from ordinary beings?

Exactly because of the same reason and because the Elder Dharma Master is a top-level holy monk in the history of last several thousand years, those who chanted Buddhas’ names and mantras during this short period of attending holy dharma assemblies now have the affinity to receive the initiation of one’s own yidam dharma that they would not have acquired otherwise even by learning and practicing Buddha-dharma through hundreds of lifetimes. This is the merit empowered to all from a tremendously holy one, the Elder Dharma Master! Without the empowerment from the Elder Dharma Master at the site, even if you practice in person through the same dharma assembly for several thousand sessions, you still will not have the qualification to receive an initiation of the yidam dharma. People who practice in big temples have morning services and evening services every day. Many have already practiced several thousand sessions. Why have they still not received initiations at such a high level? Those of you who regularly practice the dharma, chant sutras, chant mantras, and chant holy names have less than one-ten thousandth of the merit possessed by the Elder Dharma Master. On the other hand, those who practiced the dharma and presented offerings during the holy days after the Elder Dharma Master’s nirvana received in return the merit bestowed by the Elder Dharma Master that is tens of thousand times greater than the merit accumulated by people who chant sutras, chant mantras, praise the Buddha, and practice the dharma in their daily life. That is why they can acquire the affinity to receive an initiation of the yidam dharma that otherwise cannot be possible even after practicing for hundreds of lifetimes.

Just as many people said, it is true that Elder Monk Yin Hai’s holy manifestations are more than words can describe and speeches can narrate. However, all of you did not know the fact that Elder Dharma Master Yin Hai only did one thing. That is, to tell Buddhists that Buddhism and Buddha-dharma have already entered the dharma-ending era and chaos is seen everywhere. Additionally, the lineage of true Buddha-dharma has been lost. However, true Buddha-dharma still exists and is held by the Elder Dharma Master. Then, the question is, where is the origin of the Elder Dharma Master’s Buddha-dharma? The following three points are offered to you for pondering deeply about why we say that the Elder Dharma Master did only one thing:

First, the Elder Dharma Master proved that He is a top-level holy monk in the history of Buddhism;

Second, the Elder Dharma Master told us what the precious essence for cultivation and learning Buddhism is; and

Thirdly, the Elder Dharma Master pointed out where the origin of the dharma that led to His accomplishment is.

I will first explain the first point. As early as more than 10 years ago, after dying from cruel persecution, the Elder Dharma Master manifested a holy state of revival five days later. The first sentence He spoke was, “There must not be any action to hurt those who harmed me.” The Elder Dharma Master had only the mentality and conduct of great compassion and bodhicitta and did not have the slightest anger or hatred. Now His nirvana created a new record in the history of Buddhism. His flesh body had a miraculously great transformation starting from the tenth day after entering nirvana. The originally bony, thin, and aged facial appearance at the time of entering nirvana changed into a fully figured, smooth, lustrous, and majestic visage. Even His fingers and finger nails continued to grow and became significantly longer than before. The professionals at the funeral home who worked on the Elder Dharma Master’s ceremony also provided their personal experience as testimonies on the unprecedented holy feat manifested by the Elder Monk. This accomplishment alone already proved that the Elder Dharma Master is the first-place holy monk in the world and no holy ones from the past can be comparable to Him. However, the unfortunate fact is that we must follow the law of the United States of America and have the flesh body buried inside a grave within 32 days.

Next, I will talk about the second point. In the verse that the Elder Dharma Master wrote to Wang Zha Shang Zun, “Since ancient times holy and kind ones mostly live in loneliness. Actually only ones hiding from the world leave their names in history. One should never do anything evil and should do all acts of kindness, have a heart of great compassion and be free of any evil or fraud. Your origin does not belong to any sect or school. You should accumulate merit from doing goodness to enter the door to the dharma. To quest true Buddha-dharma at the summit level, follow me to become a student of the School of Buddha (The School of Buddha is the religion of all Buddhas in the ten directions. In other words, that is the true Buddhism of Sakyamuni Buddha and is not Buddha-dharmas altered with additions from people of later generations or various sects and schools. The School of Buddha affiliates directly with the Buddha and does not have a so-and-so lineage or dharma tradition or a system of a so-and-so sect or school.),” the Elder Dharma Master told people that, to cultivate oneself on the path of learning Buddhism, one must stay away from fame and gain and has to abstain from anything evil and do all acts of kindness and that the best and the highest Buddha-dharma of cultivation is The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation. He introduced Wang Zha Shang Zun to become a disciple of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and learn the dharma directly from His Holiness the Buddha. This action embodies profound and far-reaching meanings.

For the third point, the Elder Dharma Master is a greatly accomplished one in the dharma of “Red Kuan Yin of Magnificent Ocean of Great Compassion Practiced with The Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation.” His holy manifestations before and after entering nirvana have completely broken all records of entering nirvana in the history of Buddhism. As a matter of fact, all these inconceivable and world-astounding holy feats that are unprecedented by any holy one before originated from the dharma jointly held by all Buddhas in the ten directions, which the Elder Dharma Master learned from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. The accomplishment He realized is due to the initiation of state practice and the highest supreme initiation of Buddha-Bestowed Nectar that He received from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. He told Wang Zha Shang Zun, “To quest true Buddha-dharma at the summit level, follow me to become a student of the School of Buddha.” What He said clearly proclaimed that His source of the dharma originated from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.

The fact is that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has many disciples who are eminent monks, great virtuous ones, and ones who have attained great accomplishment. Some of them transformed into rainbow light when entering nirvana; some attained freedom from birth and death; some left shariras (relics) from cremation; and some had a tour to visit the World of Ultimate Bliss and return to this world before finally ascending there. Other than Sakyamuni Buddha, there has never been a holy one who created so many examples of attaining accomplishment. Among the disciples of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III who have attained accomplishment, there are Elder Dharma Master Tong Hui, well-known Master Qing Ding, Elder Dharma Master Pu Guan, Elder Dharma Master Guo Zhang, Elder Dharma Master Wu Ming, Elder Monk Yi Zhao, Dharma King Da Xila, Layperson Wang Ze-Ming, Layperson Chen E-Fen, Layperson Hou Yu-Shan, Layperson Tang Xie Le-Hui, Layperson Lin Liu Hui-Xiu, and others. However, their accomplishments are not as great as that of Elder Dharma Master Yin Hai, which is incomparable in the entire world. Elder Dharma Master Yin Hai proved that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is the source of origin of truly great dharma of the Tathagata in today’s world and there is no another person who can be a close second in comparison! Furthermore, the Buddhist work done by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III proved that His Holiness the Buddha is the sole practitioner of breaking evils, establishing uprightness, and benefiting living beings selflessly. That is why we say that, through His cultivated and realized accomplishment, Elder Dharma Master Yin Hai proved H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s utmost supreme state of a Buddha. Therefore, we know that the Elder Dharma Master’s actions in eradicating evil masters and charlatans and proclaiming the true dharma of the Tathagata have established incomparable merit and honor in the history of Buddhism. This is because His tremendous accomplishment realized from learning the Buddha-dharma from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III demonstrated the utmost supreme status of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. This is the thing that the Elder Dharma Master did!
