Wang Zha Shang Zun Said, “You all must read the following public announcement. From now on, to learn an important dharma, the first prerequisite is to read, understand, and be familiar with this announcement. This is because every cultivator who is about to receive an initiation of a great dharma to learn the dharma will be asked about the contents of this public announcement. If you have no knowledge about what you are asked, you will not be allowed to enter the hall of learning the dharma. That means you do not meet the requirement for receiving the initiation to learn the great dharma. The reason is that you may be an accomplice of swindlers and evildoers and thus are not willing to abandon the evil to take good actions through distinguishing fakes. That is why you simply do not want to read this public announcement.”
Self-Exposure by Evil Masters and Swindlers
In today’s world, there are innumerably many evil masters and swindlers, playing all kinds of tricks and gimmicks. Within the Buddhist world, the commonly seen evil masters and swindlers have three types of standard characteristics. Evil masters and swindlers will always use all kinds of methods, names, and excuses to deceive Buddhists. Often, Buddhist disciples are deluded in the midst of their tricks and do not know the truth. The United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters (UIWBAH) issued multiple public announcements to remind you all to take notice of and observe carefully whether a master belongs to the rank of qualified masters. However, some people are unimaginably silly and stupid. They would rather choose not making distinction and continuing to assist evildoers in their malicious acts than leave a fake master, who is a swindler. We at the UIWBAH can only say, “You are piteous!”
Have you thought about this question: Are you going to find an excellent master or a holy one as your master, or choose a master who holds the flag of a great holy one but is really an ordinary being and a swindler? Additionally, there are more questions for you to think about: Can a master who is flattered and elevated as a holy virtuous one by his/her own disciples truly be a holy person? Can there be a plausibility of 50% in this? Can this fact determine that this person is a master who truly know Buddha-dharma? On the other hand, there are masters who passed the written examination and the examination in the holy realm proctored by seventeen venerable ones, dharma kings, rinpoches, and dharma masters on the spot. The important fact is that the seventeen proctors all took their vows of truth to testify the level of accomplishment of this master taking the examination. Then, do you choose a master who took the examination and is guaranteed by the vows of truth from all of the seven holy ones and ten masters, or a master who is not guaranteed by seventeen proctoring masters and whose qualification is undetermined? You need to figure out the answer for yourself.
A silly and ignorant person would say, “I have found this rare great jewel master who is a great venerable one, a great dharma king, or a great dharma master with an authentic lineage.” You should be aware of a fact. Evil masters and swindlers often do possess a lineage from one of the various major sects and schools. Some of them truly have titles of great dharma king, great rinpoche, and great dharma master. Unfortunately, you overlooked and did not analyze a key fact. That is, when identifying a spiritual child who is the true reincarnation from the last generation, the selection is made by human actions 99.9% of the time. Then, can human actions have an accuracy of a few percent? Therefore, all selected spiritual children must undergo the learning process of reading sutras taught by sutra masters. Just this fact already shows that their knowledge is acquired from learning and is not brought with them at the time of birth. Is this a holy one’s situation? Would a holy one lose his/her wisdom and holy realization after reincarnation, not keep any knowledge from the last lifetime, and need to be taught by sutra masters?
To ensure the safety of living beings’ wisdom roots so that they will not be defrauded and harmed by evildoers and swindlers who pose as holy ones to cover up their nature as evil masters and ordinary beings, Sakyamuni Buddha already defined the rules of debating sutras and holding examinations and transmitted the dharma of examination in the holy realm with an error-free certainty. However, evil masters and swindlers are very cunning and deceitful. They do not mention the examination in the holy realm to keep it as a secret and also try to alter this examination bestowed by the Buddha. This is because evil and malicious swindlers are unable to pass the checkpoint of holy examination administered in person by the yidam. To avoid exposing themselves, they can only resort to nullifying and destroying the examination in the holy realm and keeping their disciples from knowing about it. They may even use the means of defamation as a cover. It may seem that they are able to do damage to the examination in the holy realm, but they forgot about the rule of “One should become a Bodhisattva through the Five Vidyas” that was rigorously stipulated by Sakyamuni Buddha in the sutras. Since Buddhists already know that the Buddha stipulated the definitions of Buddha-dharma regarding the levels of realization that must be attained by great holy ones and Bodhisattvas, there is no way that evil masters can nullify and destroy these stipulations from Buddha-dharma that are publicly known from the sutras
On the other hand, let us think about the rinpoches who received their titles through the above-mentioned selections. Where are their Five Vidyas? What are their levels in the Five Vidyas? Can they surpass the experts in the same specialty who are ordinary people? Do their levels accord with the stipulations in the sutras? Have they attained the Five Vidyas? If they have not reached the required height in the Five Vidyas and are not supported by a definitive conclusion from the examination in the holy realm, are they Bodhisattvas?
Therefore, cultivators must remember that you must not build your faith based on whose lineage one holds and what title one has. Regardless of how great the lineage or the title is, how many discourses one has given on the sutras, how many temples one has built, how great the so-called Buddhist work one has done, and what other superficial phenomena one has created, this person can still be a novice of Buddhism and a master who is an ordinary being in nature. Although they are teaching the sutras and expounding the dharma, they are really pretending to know what they do not know and baselessly explaining the sutras’ meaning. These types of great figures of Buddhism are actually novices. Such people are aplenty. For example, one who teaches the Diamond Sutra may deny the existence of holy realization and may even trash the statues of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in a temple as useless objects of conditional phenomena made of earth and wood. That was why Eminent Monk Danxia once burnt a wooden Buddha. In the opposite extreme, those who speak about holy realization and cultivated accomplishment may deny the nature of emptiness. They say that spiritual beings with supernatural power exist everywhere above the ground and people must believe in spiritual beings with supernatural power to attain accomplishment. These types of people have already devolved into the two extreme views of nihilism and permanence respectively and have no understanding of the teachings of Buddhism at all.
We will mention a real instance here. There is a dharma master who has dedicated himself to study and practice the Diamond Sutra and the Surangama Sutra. While he was about to go through the Eight Winds in Samsara Battle Position in the examination, proctoring masters asked him which grade level he was certain to achieve. He replied with complete confidence, “I think that I have been chanting, reciting, learning, and cultivating the Diamond Sutra for 31 years. All conditional phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows. They should be viewed as such. The Eight Winds in Samsara Battle Position is nothing other than conditional phenomena. My attitude is: if the Buddha comes, I will cut off the contact with the Buddha; and if a demon comes, I will cut off the contact with the demon. As long as my mind is free of impediment, I can take the examination to get any grade level. If I cannot go through the Eight Winds in Samsara Battle Position, where would my absence of others as well as myself and my dharma nature or true such-ness be? Does dharma nature have abstaining from all evils and doing all that is good in it? Does it have any aggregate of horror and suffering? All are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows. How can the conditional phenomena of setting up a battle position be an exception?”
So, this dharma master appeared to be full of the correct spirit that cannot be overpowered when taking the examination in the holy realm. He chanted loudly, “All conditional phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows. They are like morning dew and like lightening. We should view them as such.” However, right after he had walked to the gate of the Eight Winds in Samsara Battle Position, he was pulled by the force of the strong wind inside the battle position to the black zone of samsara. He could see that the green-colored destination zone was only a few steps away but was unable to walk in even after making several circles around it. Then, he decided to kneel on the ground and hold his palms together to chant the Diamond Sutra. While chanting, he suddenly fell to the ground. His whole body was trembling and his mouth was spitting white bubbles. The four principle guards on duty lifted his unconscious body out of the field and laid him on the grass lawn. Wang Zha Shang Zun practiced a dharma to revive him. The first sentence that this dharma master said after waking up was, “Did I enter the destination zone? This is really inconceivable! This is an unconditional dharma that has surpassed the nature of emptiness.”
The seven holy ones and ten masters proctoring the examination did not know what to say to him. What he said is total nonsense by a novice who does not understand the absolute truth taught in the sutras and in Buddha-dharma. Due to his lack of understanding of the absolute truth expounded by the World-Honored One in the Diamond Sutra and his lack of realization in the unity or non-duality between the dharma nature of true such-ness and the state of holy realization, he regarded the principle of “abstaining from all evils and doing all that is good” as violating dharma nature and true such-ness. This dharma master does not even understand the principle of the unambiguity of causality. How can he be a real dharma master? However, there are very many people of this type in today’s world.
Also note that you should not be close to another kind of person. This type of person forms gangs and factions, creates matters of rights and wrongs, praises themselves and slanders others. The essence of having this type of speech and conduct reveals that such a person is absolutely not a good master. Actually they do not even possess basic moral ability.
Speaking of lineages, no one can deny that the greatest lineage is that of Sakyamuni Buddha. Is there a Buddhist who is not in the lineage of the World-Honored Sakyamuni Buddha? Unfortunately, evil masters and swindlers do use the World-Honored Sakyamuni Buddha to cover up their ugly faces. They all hold big signs of the Buddha and all claim themselves Buddhists. That truly made Sakyamuni Buddha bear their blame. These so-called Buddhists pretend to be very compassionate and pious before the Buddha’s visage and keep saying that they follow the Buddha’s teachings and precepts to cultivate themselves. Then, in which sutra did the Buddha tell them to cheat people and to use strange and paranormal phenomena to defraud people? There is no way that they can contaminate the Buddha!
There are also people who proclaimed that they are close and trusted disciples of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and are great holy ones to delude their believers. It may be true that they are able to see His Holiness the Buddha often and do appear to be close and trusted disciples of Holiness the Buddha. However, you forgot what H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III said, “Do not easily believe that anyone is a good master or a holy one because there truly exist very many swindlers and evil masters in society. Also, do not perceive that one who sees me often is definitely a good master or all my students are good people. There are many bad people among them! You should understand a reason. Did Sakyamuni Buddha only teach and transform good people without teaching and transforming bad persons? Shouldn’t I follow and behave like Sakyamuni Buddha to benefit living beings? Shouldn’t bad masters be taught and educated? If I do not contact both good and bad masters and do not speak to both good and bad people, how could I teach and educate them? However, a very large number of problematic people who were taught by me still have not corrected themselves much. This fact does look like an indicator. As an ordinary person who is not even a small holy one, what qualification do I have to teach those who proclaim themselves as great holy ones!”
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III also scolded the UIWBAH for defining the system of titles and statuses not according to reality. The issuance of certificates of holiness and virtue during the past several years was irresponsible. Wang Zha Shang Zun also criticized UIWBAH’s leaders, eminent monks, and holy virtuous ones seriously. We at the UIWBAH thought back to recognize the problems. We did over-relax the rules of the examination. Additionally, because the examination was not presided over by a great holy one at the level of Shang Zun, the titles were not determined accurately.
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III dislikes very much the titles we defined in the past several years. His Holiness the Buddha said that, due to the lack of a written test on the Tripitaka of sutras, vinayas, and shastras (commentaries), the recognitions and determinations did not have a foundation in the teachings of Buddhism. Regarding the holy virtuous ones who were issued the certificates by UIWBAH, only 2-3% can be approved!!! Holiness the Buddha said, “How can there be so many holy virtuous ones? It would be nice if 2% of those who were issued certificates of holiness and virtue by you are holy virtuous ones.”
Therefore, under the leadership of Wang Zha Shang Zun, UIWBAH has now taken serious actions to make the examination more rigorous and established the system of titles and statuses that better reflects the statuses of candidates taking the examination. Wang Zha Shang Zun is in charge of the examination in the holy realm, assisted by Mo Zhi Jiao Zun, Dharma King Gar Tongstan, and Kaichu Ru Zun.
Some people said, “I don’t understand this. Since the recorded dharma discourses expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III provided teaching to evil masters and swindlers publicly, why don’t they act according to the teaching?” How can you ask such a question without feeling embarrassed? You should ask yourself! Why do you always ignore the warnings given by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III? There is actually an even more stupid and shameless instance. Some of you wrote a letter to the International Buddhism and Sangha Association talking about swindlers and evildoers. The letter stated a reason as to why you had to provide a cover-up for these swindlers and evildoers and did not report them. You said that, once they are reported, the dirty water would be poured onto H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. How can you and those who have similar opinions be any different from evildoers and malicious ones?
You should first clearly know a principle. Do these swindlers use the name of being a Buddhist to commit fraud? If not, that is another story. If yes, they must be Buddhists or, more specifically, disciples taught by Sakyamuni Buddha. Then, why didn’t you say that the dirty water would be poured onto Sakyamuni Buddha, who is the supreme leader of Buddhism? Why didn’t you say that it would be poured onto Kuan Shi Yin Bodhisattva? You should know a truth clearly. Since these evildoers all hold the flags of Buddhism and put up the signs of being a Buddhist disciple, they are all disciples taught by Sakyamuni Buddha. Isn’t this true? Sakyamuni Buddha spoke about the formidability of cults and stated the fact that cults are the opposite of Buddhism. In comparison, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III expounded the dharma countless times in recorded dharma discourses and in public announcements to teach and transform you all. The dharma expounded not only pointed out the evil and malicious nature of evildoers, but also teaches you all about how to identify and prevent swindlers. Then, why didn’t you say that the dirty water would contaminate Sakyamuni Buddha and why did you say that it would contaminate H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III?
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III selflessly benefits living beings in a brightly open and upstanding manner. The speech printed below the published contrasting photos expressed His view clearly without any ambiguity. Furthermore, the demon-revealing mirror made of the 128 views is also from the speech and action of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. No matter how powerful a swindler, demon, or devil may be, he can never contaminate H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s speech and conduct, just like Sakyamuni Buddha has Sakyamuni Buddha’s speech and conduct. The Buddhas’ speech and conduct absolutely have nothing to do with the speech and conduct of swindlers.
You all can tell which of the six realms should one who has the view of talking about evildoers contaminating H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III go to. As an analogy, if a Buddhist is bad, can you draw a conclusion that Sakyamuni Buddha is a bad person? Also, if there are evildoers and swindlers in a country, can you say that the leaders of that country are evildoers and swindlers? H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III teaches His Students to carry out good deeds and break away from the evil, but some of His students still violate the law to commit fraud. Is that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s fault?
Those who talk about dirty water contaminating H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III have an extremely shameless, lewd, and dirty view. Let’s not say that dirty water cannot contaminate a Buddha for now. Even if any filthy, dirty, and stinky water is poured onto H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and Sakyamuni Buddha, it will turn into nectar with a very pleasing fragrant scent. The reason is that the collection of Sakyamuni Buddha’s sutras is boundlessly brilliant and as vast as an ocean and the recorded dharma discourses expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III have been spread throughout the world. Additionally, it has been stated many times in the public announcements to remind everyone that people who have heard rumors like pouring dirty water will search and read the view, speech, and conduct of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to get a deep understanding. Then, they will become clearly aware of the fact that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is selflessly benefiting living beings for the interests of the great masses. The correct view, correct dharma, and correct teaching of His Holiness the Buddha is brilliantly emitting boundless illumination. Isn’t this the fact of how spotlessly bright the speech and conduct of His Holiness the Buddha are?
Actually, some bad people already poured dirty water toward H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. For instance, there are evildoers who said that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III forged recognition documents. You can think this scenario. Perhaps it is possible to forge one or two documents to show people privately without causing a problem. However, who would dare to forge more than 100 documents of recognition, corroborating recognition, and congratulation? Moreover, all these documents have been published for more than ten years and are always available on the internet. You can try to forge a few documents and put them in the internet. Then, you will be sued immediately. Then, why isn’t there even one lawsuit brought against H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III during all these years from anyone who is known to have made the recognition? The reason can only be that there is no forged recognition and all these published documents were truly written by those dharma kings, regent dharma kings, and rinpoches. Among them, there is a morality-lacking dharma king who said that he did not write the recognition document. Then, why doesn’t he have the courage to sue? This is because he is aware that an investigation would be launched in the legal proceeding once he sues on this matter. Then, a lot of evidence would be submitted to the court, including his fingerprints left on the recognition document as well as the envelope containing the recognition document. This fact shows that he absolutely is not a true dharma king. Rather, he is just a pail of filthy and stinky dirty water. However, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III will not be polluted by that. The more pollution there is, the brighter His Holiness the Buddha will appear.
When you encounter evildoers and swindlers who do damage to the teachings and the dharma of Sakyamuni Buddha, who do not cultivate according to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s teachings, who commit vicious acts, who defraud people using evil ways, who violate specific rules and provisions in the teachings and the dharma expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, and who purposely harm the great masses, you should report them.
Wang Zha Shang Zun mentioned a person who once spoke to him. This person said that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is an ordinary person just like others since this was admitted by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in person. That made him wonder whether he should regard listening to the recorded dharma discourses expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III as the guidance of cultivation. This person also said, “H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III only taught us about abstaining from all evils and doing all that is good. On the other hand, even Dharma Master Jian Hui who is famously known as the bhikkhuni flying in the sky mentioned the profound and deep accomplishment of cultivation that you, Wang Zha Shang Zun, have. She also said that regular eminent monks cannot be compared to you. What Dharma Master Jian Hui said is reasonable. In my opinion, since you, Shang Zun, can preside over the examination in the holy realm with the power of causing response from the three continents, you are a great holy one. Can you confer on us an initiation to teach us what dharma to practice, to most expediently ensure our attaining accomplishment in the current lifetime?”
Wang Zha Shang Zun said, “What this person said is an extremely flattering adulation to me, this humble bhiksu with undeserved fame. I, at most, can have a negligibly tiny bit of the knowledge that the Buddha Master has. Do you know how big the difference can be between different masters conferring an initiation? To tell the truth, an initiation conferred by me can only have 5% of the power of lineage, empowerment, and the power of siddhi of an initiation conferred by the Buddha Master. You are deluded to such extent. I truly do not know what my reaction should be. No wonder you and people like you do not take a position to protect Buddha-dharma and instead stand indifferently on the side to watch a few despicable clowns jumping up and down to slander the Buddha Master. What can such sinful disciples be other than trash within Buddhism? You wish to learn great dharma, but can you create the karmic condition to receive a holy dharma? Upon hearing your idea today, I can only say that you are evil and piteous.”
“Other than H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, who in the entire history of Buddhism has truly manifested the complete Five Vidyas, as required in the Buddhist sutras? Who has actually achieved that? It took only a little more than ten minutes for His Holiness the Buddha to return from an appearance of exhaustion that looked like a person who is 70-80 years old to a youthful appearance of a young man. Who else has ever done so in the history of Buddhism? Let’s not say a little more than ten minutes, even if given a period of more than ten days, who can restore one’s youth through such a change? There is also an undeniable fact. It was determined by the supreme dharma of Jin Gang Fa Man Ze Jue that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was the incarnation of an ancient Buddha. The dharma assembly was performed before a crowd of spectators and the result was witnessed by all!!! Can you say that He is an ordinary person? Even I have to always listen respectfully to the recorded dharma discourses expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to see the direction that I should pursue and advance toward. Your silliness is to the extent of ……”
Wang Zha Shang Zun also said, “You should treat the matter of determining what level a master is at and whether a master is upright or evil seriously. If you make your determination by looking at what high-class title he has and whose disciple he is, you will be ruined. To accurately determine whether one is upright or evil and holy or mundane, the system of dharma attires with buttons and certificates indicating masters’ grade levels defined by UIWBAH must be used as the standard!!! Additionally, the 128 views mentioned in the dharma expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III must be used as a demon-revealing mirror to check and verify all Buddhist figures!!! If you still do not use correct knowledge and views to observe a so-called holy one or Buddhist cultivator and instead regard a so-and-so master as a fine master or good person just because of this person’s status of venerable one, great dharma king, great rinpoche, or great dharma master, having given a large amount of discourses or written works, or ability to speak convincingly, I firmly believe that you will definitely devolve in this lifetime, without the possibility of becoming liberated!!! This is because such behavior would show that you have already been led into delusion and ignorance by evil masters. Then, you will be on the wrong path for your entire lifetime and transmigrating forever in lower realms of samsara.”
UIWBAH once again remind you to remember that there are very many evil masters and swindlers. They have three types of standard characteristics. When you see anyone exhibiting any of these three types of characteristics, you should check the following descriptions to verify. Then, the evil master or swindler will be exposed automatically.
The first type is, a master falsely claims to be a holy one but does not know about the teachings of Buddhism and Buddha-dharma. This person dares not take the examination and thus is not issued with the dharma attire and certificate indicating passing at a grade level. This fact shows that this person is just like a piece of rusty copper or iron and is definitely not gold. In this analogy, real gold is not afraid of being put into a furnace or being tested by a touchstone.
In the second type, a master took the examination but only passed as a low grade level. In this type of situation, such masters do not wear the dharma attire indicating the grade level when doing Buddhist work or receiving cultivators, to shy away from the observation and evaluation by disciples. This is an ugly act of hiding and covering up one’s own shortcoming. This type of person is a demonic person regardless of whether he is a great dharma king, venerable one, or whatever! Why does a master of this type dare to do so? Since this person is a selfish swindler by nature, he is certainly not afraid of doing so.
Before taking the examination, this type of person may be known to others as a venerable one, a great dharma king, a great rinpoche, or a great dharma master. Persons of this type may unblushingly pose as eminent monks and holy ones to deceive their disciples. However, the real nature of such masters is definitely not a holy one as you perceive. Rather, they are selfish and greedy ordinary persons. Their prominent statuses on the surface can never represent the nature of whether they are a holy one or a mundane being. Even a statement by the supreme dharma king of a sect or a great venerable one saying that a so-and-so master is a holy one is not definitive. This is because the supreme dharma king or great venerable one himself was selected by the human process of identifying a spiritual child of reincarnation. Then, whose statement can be definitive? To definitively determine whether one is true or false, there must be a process of practicing the dharma of determination observed openly by witnesses on the spot and getting the result approved by the yidam. As to whether a master is upright or evil, a definitive conclusion can only be drawn from the outcome of the examination.
There have been instances of seeing some people’s face blushing or turning pale and body trembling after passing at a low grade level at the examination. The main fear of these types of masters is that their nature of an ordinary person be discovered by the external world, contradicting the image of a great holy one in their previously created self-propaganda. To satisfy their selfish desire and save their face, the best method they can use is not wearing the dharma attire to conceal the received grade level, with the sole purpose of allowing them to fake a great holy one and continue deceiving cultivators. To tell the truth, these types of people who wear the cover of Buddhism, regardless of whether they have the status of supreme dharma king, great venerable one, great rinpoche, or great dharma master, or are ordinary Buddhists, not only are not masters of Buddhism, but also are not qualified Buddhists or may not even be good people at all. These types of people who sit on the dharma rostrum without wearing the dharma attire when meeting cultivators may think that they are so smart to come up with this method to conceal what they are, but they are really very pitiable.
There are also masters who use the Fifty Verses of Guru Devotion to control their disciples. For that, Wang Zha Shang Zun said, “Buddhist disciples forgot so quickly the announcement made by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III earlier regarding the Fifty Verses of Guru Devotion. It is a teaching about how to respect Buddhas and Bodhisattvas but, more often than not, it has become a shielding umbrella used by evil masters and swindlers to protect themselves. This booklet has become widely used poisonous killing bacteria in the hands of evil masters to control their disciples and deceive cultivators. Actually, a good master is certainly and definitively open, upstanding, and benefiting the masses without any selfishness. Such a master is not concerned at all by the observation, inspection, and conclusion from disciples. Then, why are the fifty verses needed? Also, the first precept of the Fourteen Fundamental Precepts of Esoteric Buddhism has been used to control and forcefully pressure disciples to be loyal to a master for no reason.” Wang Zha Shang Zun also mentioned what H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III said, “Any master who is following me to learn Buddhism, regardless of what lofty and revered status he or she may have, may be committing fraud.”
The third type of characteristic is that evil masters and swindlers would choose to do whatever they want without being concerned about anything else. They wear a counterfeit dharma attire to indicate a false grade level and forge a certificate showing a high grade level. However, they forgot about the fact that UIWBAH receives and responds to inquiries about masters. When UIWBAH receives any inquiry in the form of a phone call, an email, or other means asking about whether a so-and-so master has taken the examination or not, what category or item is tested for him to receive the awarded grade level, what grade level did this master pass, and so on, we will truthfully provide the facts to the inquirer, including what category or item was used in the examination, such as knowledge about the sutras, holy realization and accomplishment of cultivation, practice of chanting sutras, paying respect to Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, or repentance, doing Buddhist work, helping others listen to the recorded dharma discourses, or deep understanding of the sutras. However, UIWBAH will not reveal the master’s score in the written test of answering 100 questions. Also, the name of an inquirer will not be released to anyone. Thus the identity of any inquirer will be protected with a one-hundred-percent safety.
Now that you all learned the information provided in this public announcement, masters as well as cultivators must be genuinely sincere, break away from any evil deed or deception, benefit the great masses according to the teachings and dharma of Sakyamuni Buddha, the dharma expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, and correct understanding and views, and become a good person, a good Buddhist, and a good master through concrete steps of cultivation!!! This is the only bright future you can have!!!!
We caution you to always notice the truth: No matter what a brilliant and loudly proclaimed status one may have, this cannot prove his/her real nature. The only way to show clearly whether one is upright or evil, whether one is a holy one or a mundane being, or the depth of one’s accomplishment of cultivation and realization is one’s attained grade level, which must be verified using the 128 views. This is the only method to make a truthful determination without error.
