H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III does not have an inner-tantric mandala. As of now, there is no inner-tantric mandala that meets the two major stipulations of the dharma in the United States of America. Based on what we know, Great Dharma King Dodrupchen IV Thupten Trinle Palzang, Wang Zha Shang Zun, and tremendous holy virtuous ones at the level of Golden Button Grade 4 who are not named here can perform true inner-tantric initiations. However, currently there is no inner-tantric mandala established in the United States of America or in China. We have not heard about any dharma king of other sects and schools who have successfully established an inner-tantric mandala that truly conforms to the stipulations of the dharma. Because there exists no inner-tantric mandala now, true inner-tantric initiations cannot be conferred now. In short, no great dharma king or venerable one who has not attained the level of Golden Button Grade 3 has the ability to confer a true inner-tantric initiation in an inner-tantric mandala that meets the two major stipulations of the dharma.
Some Buddhist disciple said, “I am not stupid! I want to learn from Buddha, not an inner-tantric initiation. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has said that there are many dharma methods in learning from Buddha that can lead to accomplishment. I can still become accomplished through learning other dharma methods.”
What this disciple said is correct. However, you only know half of the truth. It is correct that any other Buddha-dharma can lead to accomplishment, but you forgot the dharma expounded by Sakyamuni Buddha saying that it takes the three great asankhyeya kalpas to attain accomplishment and liberation and additionally one must broadly practice the six paramitas in all acts. Only through receiving an inner-tantric initiation can one become accomplished in seven life times, three lifetimes, or the current lifetime. As a matter of fact, any great dharma that enables the disciple to see in person and on the spot the yidam who is a Buddha or a Bodhisattva to become accomplished can only be learned through an inner-tantric initiation. No other practice of Buddha-dharma can be an alternative.
Other dharma methods would require one to broadly practice the six paramitas in all acts through three great asankhyeya kalpas. That means it takes 3.84 billion years for one to become accomplished. If one does not practice the six paramitas in accord with the dharma in these 3.84 billion years, one still will not attain accomplishment. Do you understand now? Can you still say that you are not stupid? We tell you clearly now that there is no other possibility other than an inner-tantric initiation to enable one to immediately practice and see the state to realize holiness.
As to what H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III said that all sects and schools are equal where He is, this is because He is Buddha and represents Buddhism, rather than individual sectarian teachings. Can His Holiness the Buddha not hold as equal the different sects and schools? Could He say which is high and which is low or which is fast and which is slow? Had Wang Zha Shang Zun not received an inner-tantric initiation of state practice from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, He would not have attained His current realization that is above the level of Golden Button Grade 3!
Wang Zha Shang Zun already announced last year that He would establish an inner-tantric mandala that meets the two major stipulations of the dharma publicly in the United States of America, but He did not have a one-hundred-percent certainty in “Presenting a Petition to a Bodhisattva.” However, He ensured against such a possibility by respectfully beseeching a Yu Zun who is at the level of Golden Button Grade 4 to provide help with “Presenting a Petition to a Bodhisattva” under such a circumstance.
What you said is correct that Wang Zha Shang Zun had a completely different appearance every time when He received eminent monastics and great virtuous ones. Additionally, the Shang Zun once applied the power of Tummo Concentration through one finger to remove hindrances for Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche who is the head of the Vajrasana Temple. The temperature of Tummo heat from His finger scorched Zhaxi Zhuoma Rinpoche and caused her to scream. When His palm touched the head of Songjie Rinpoche who is the head of the Machang Temple, Songjie Rinpoche collapsed on the spot due to the burning and had the fluid called Honey of Merit flow out of his head. Mozhi Jiao Zun once had a contest of Tummo power with the Shang Zun and was defeated. The Shang Zun has very deep and profound cultivated accomplishment and should have no problem at all in successfully establishing an inner-tantric mandala.
