From the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III:

This morning, we received this news published on the internet in Taiwan, the contents of which is below:

(The message submitted by a person with the name of Liu Xianxian says:

“Xiao Ying please do not take the joy for granted too early.”

“It was heard that Shao Bowling, sister of Shao Hsiao-ling who is the wife of Mr. Hu Chih-chiang (Jason Hu), and Dharma Master Long Hui who is a sister of Dean Kuan Chung (John Kuan) ‘may’ have already respectfully beseeched H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, who is the Pope of Buddhism and has the ability to turn everything around in the universe, to perform a dharma to turn the election of January 16 around for the Nationalist Party (Kuomintang, or KMT).”

“Dorje Chang Buddha’s performing dharma this time is not an ordinary matter. It is to save the presidency for KMT with the cost of losing 13 years of his lifetime.”)

Regarding the speech of Liu Xianxian published on the internet, The Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III cautiously and seriously issues the following statement:

The news regarding “H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III performing a dharma” stated in the above writing is purely a fabricated rumor! H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III always treats living beings equally. Whether it is the Kuomintang, the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), or the People First Pary (PFP) in Taiwan, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has no contact with them. Distributing the above ignorant rumor shows this person’s complete lack of understanding in the principle of cause and effect. The results of all matters and all phenomena are born from the law of cause and effect.

H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III said, “Let’s not mention that I, a humble ordinary person who does not know what performing a dharma is, cannot influence the destiny of any party or sect, even the supreme leader of Buddhism in this earthly world Sakyamuni Buddha does not err on the law of cause and effect either and cannot change the consequence from causality. That is why people are taught to cultivate themselves to enlighten themselves to transform causes and effects. Even under the most implausible assumption to say that there is a little bit of hope to exert any influence, the matters of rights and wrongs that you made up do not belong to the things I want to do, not to mention that I simply do not possess such an ability. The thing that I want to do is to persuade people to abstain from everything that is evil and do all things that are good. I hope that all living beings cultivate themselves to achieve happiness and perfect enjoyment.
