During these years, in some countries and regions, there are a lot of people in society who established sales outlets or used various selling methods under the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. What they sell might be products made from the achievements created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III or could even be things that are totally unrelated to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Moreover, their propagandas stated that the things were sold by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. The fact is that these people are using the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to do their own business, while H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III never took any part in that and knows nothing about these impostures at all.
Our Office also has received some inquiries one after another. The items requested for verification in this type of transactions are too many to be listed one by one. We give only one example here.
Some people informed us that a so-and-so place selling “Fa Bi Sheng (Hair Must Grow)” (also called Xiong Li Yu Fa Ye, or Powerful Hair Growth Liquid) was a direct outlet set up by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, all proceeds from selling the product would be handed over to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, and support from the masses would incur boundless virtue and merit. Such inferior acts of tarnishing the Buddha and deceiving people in the world must be dealt with. This Office hereby publicizes the real facts in this public announcement.
“Fa Bi Sheng” is truly one of the scientific achievements made by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. After H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III developed it in 1980s, the Pan-Pacific Health Products Co. took it to produce the product at that time. However, after giving several products including “Fa Bi Sheng” (Xiong Li Yu Fa Ye, or Powerful Hair Growth Liquid) to them, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III was never involved in this matter and never received any distribution of money or other benefits. As to what companies or individuals are currently manufacturing or selling the product, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has no knowledge about that at all. Nor did H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III have anything to do with the product’s sale, usage in treatment, or financial status. More importantly, throughout this period of over 20 years since H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III developed “Fa Bi Sheng” from His hard work, which was approved by an official document issued by the Ministry of Health of China as the No. 1 product of promoting hair growth, His Holiness never received a penny. Nor did His Holiness charge the factory or individuals producing the product a penny. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III never received a penny of ownership fee, transference fee, profit, payment for the labor, or fee of any other name. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III does not know who has gotten hold of that product or what they are doing with it now. Simply speaking, the production, trade, sale, and any other matters of that product in society have had nothing to do with H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III since a long time ago!
Therefore, you all should clearly know that, during this time of more than 20 years, all those things that was sold or have been on sale in society that were claimed as “achievements created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III,” were on sale using the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, or were just something belonging to someone else bear no business or economic relation with H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III whatsoever. As to the achievements created by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, His Holiness does not even have a slightest opinion regarding them as being owned by Him or possessing very high economical values. Rather, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has simply forgotten about them.
Let’s still mention “Fa Bi Sheng” as an example. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III just developed it and then contributed it to society and mankind without receiving any compensation! That was all He did. As to which people in society are doing what with it and how they are using the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has no knowledge about these at all!
We ask those people who contact this Office with questions, inquiries, and intentions to be a reseller not to waste time in such inquiries. This is because H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III only sells one kind of thing and does not do any other business. Even with the achievements He invented, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III does not produce or sell the products, and does not sell the results of His inventions. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III only sells the paintings He painted. In doing that, He pays all taxes thoroughly and in their entireties to the nation’s various tax agencies in complete accordance with the law. In addition, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III also donates money from selling the paintings to charitable institutions or Buddhist sangha organizations!
