The Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III:
We must once again publicly inform cultivators on several important questions:
1. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III does not have any website of His own. There is only one Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III in the entire world, located in the United States of America! There is also only one website of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, which is www.hhdcb3office.org. Other than what is mentioned above, there is no office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III of any kind in any other country or region in the world. Nor is there any other website that belongs to the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.
2. The web address inquired by some people in their letters, www.dorjechang.com, is not a website belonging to the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Generally speaking, if the purpose of a website is to publicize and advocate the Buddha-dharma of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, it is of merit and virtue as long as its propaganda is purely in accordance with the dharma lessons expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. However, the writings and commentaries published by any individual, regardless of whether these are articles, discourses, or one’s own web pages by venerable ones, dharma kings, rinpoches, and others, are sure to have errors in the knowledge and comprehension as well as the contents therein. This is for certain, unless the author is a Bodhisattva at the level of universal enlightenment or wonderful enlightenment. To prove the identity of an extremely great holy one who is the reincarnation of a Bodhisattva at the level of universal enlightenment or wonderful enlightenment, people must see that this person holds a certificate of extremely great holy one with four Sun-Moon Wheels issued by the United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters and certified by seven masters and ten witnesses with their oaths against severe consequences.
In all other cases, discourses given by holy and virtuous ones including those who are at the levels of one Sun-Moon Wheel and two Sun-Moon Wheels will absolutely have errors. Even discourses given by great holy and virtuous ones at the level of three Sun-Moon Wheels can possibly be wrong. Moreover, currently, great holy and virtuous one(s) at the level of three Sun-Moon Wheels can only be found in the United States and this great holy and virtuous one does not expound the dharma to the public. Even the well-known Dharma King Gar Tongstan, who is the chairman of the United International World Buddhism Association Headquarters, is only a holy and virtuous one with master’s qualifications at the level of one Sun-Moon Wheel. You can imagine how erroneous the discourses and writings by holy and virtuous ones without any Sun-Moon Wheel can be.
If the author of the speech, discourse, or commentary is not a holy and virtuous one possessing master’s qualifications at the levels of Sun-Moon Wheels, and either is a holy and virtuous one at the levels of Sumeru Wheels or is not a holy and virtuous one, you all can think for yourself on one question. Could what he/she taught possibly be error-free? Only if his/her manuscript was proof-read and corrected by a great holy and virtuous one at the level of three Sun-Moon Wheels, can it be possible that there would be fewer errors and the views expressed are relatively more correct.
3. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III has already made this serious statement, “There is no one who can represent me!” Now, the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III once again reminds you all. For people with the statuses of venerable one, dharma king, rinpoche, acarya, dharma master, master of dharma-listening sessions, and others, the activity of Buddhism that they should carry out is leading you all to respectfully listen to the recorded dharma lessons expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and learn cultivation, and treating all people with the attitude and act of truly benefiting the masses.
In today’s world, in order to increase the benefits of good fortune and wisdom and attain accomplishment and liberation through the path of learning Buddhism and cultivation, all Buddhist disciples must respectfully listen to the recorded dharma lessons expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III! Learning and practicing the Supreme and Unsurpassable Mahamudra of Liberation and Expounding the Absolute Truth through the Heart Sutra is the fastest and most expedient path toward attaining accomplishment. To avoid being deceived by false cultivators and swindlers, people must visit the website of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (www.hhdcb3office.org). Only by doing that, can one in a timely manner acquire the correct information and the correct views!!! Except this website, all other sources of information contain different types of problems or serious errors. Some of these may even have sinful views.
4. As of now, the recorded dharma lessons expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III have already been distributed to the whole world. However, we, the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, do not have the information about the specific locations of the dharma-listening centers. For that, please contact the International Buddhism Sangha Association. 5. When sending out public announcements in the past, we found that some recipients’ e-mail addresses were inactive or incorrect, causing the e-mail messages sent to them to be bounced back. Therefore, we hope that those people who did not receive the public announcements and statements from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III can provide your correct e-mail addresses to our Office one more time. To those who have been receiving the announcements, we hope that you can help each other by forwarding the messages to people who haven’t been able to receive the e-mail messages and helping people with incorrect e-mail addresses to make corrections. In addition, you all should visit the website of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III often to find information and read. Otherwise, you will lose excellent opportunities that are difficult to encounter in millions of eons!
