Recently, the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III received a number of phone calls and mails from various places in the world that mentioned that the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III had sent staff members to those places to guide dharma affairs or even solicit donations.  In response, the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III here makes the following public announcements:

1. The Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (hereafter referred to as the Office) is a legally registered organization in the United States. The Office is under the direct supervision of the Director of the Office. The Director of the Office and all staff members of the Office are able to directly request discourses from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III on correct truth. The Office is also the only organization in the world that serves living beings on behalf of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.

2. Until now, the Office has never sent any staff member to any place to guide dharma affairs and has never sent any one to solicit donations. Please be aware that, regardless who that person may be and whatever that person’s status is, without an official document from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III stating the purpose of that person’s trip, anyone making such claims is conducting the deed of spreading untrue rumors and has no relationship whatsoever with the Office. The Office is not responsible for that person’s statements or conduct.

3. Any staff member sent by the Office will possess an official document from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III that states the task, location and time of that person’s trip. Without such official document, that person is not a staff member of the Office.

4. Anyone who claims to be a staff member of the Office must provide an official document from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III for inspection. That document will define the nature and specific contents of that person’s task.  Any thing beyond the definitions in the document does not represent the opinions of the Office. In addition, regardless of the identity or status of that person, the receiving party must verify that person’s true identity and the nature of the visit from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to avoid misinterpretation or misunderstanding.
