Due to the fact the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is continuously receiving letters from masters of dharma-listening sessions as well as Buddhist disciples who are not masters of dharma-listening sessions. They mentioned the obstacles caused by various kinds of reasons that prevented them from reading the public announcements and explanations (statements) from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Consequently, they did not know about many true facts and situations and were misguided by some people who have ulterior motives. They hope that we can send public announcements and explanations to them directly. This is a very good suggestion. Thus, the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III hereby inform all rinpoches, dharma masters, acaryas, masters of dharma-listening sessions, Buddhist disciples and all people:

This office will save all received e-mail addresses into the office’s mailing list and treat everyone equally in the same manner. All public announcements, explanations, and articles submitted by others will be distributed to all in the same way without any differentiation.
The aim of the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is to uphold and carry out in accordance with the mind practice of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, “I bear all of the negative karma and offenses of living beings. I give to you all of the good karma and merit that I have planted.” Our goal is to propagate and publicize the true Buddha-dharma, which is the Buddha-dharma from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and Sakyamuni Buddha, and benefit all living beings without any selfishness or other proposes.
