Just as Sakyamuni Buddha forecasted, now it is truly in the dharma-ending era. Descendants of the Mara, evil and demonic persons, and swindlers are everywhere. Among Buddhists around the world, there are all types of people. They can mainly be classified into three categories. Some are cultivators; some are doing research studies of Buddhism; and some others are evildoers using Buddhism to defraud people. There are even some people who always usurp the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to tell lies and delude cultivators for their trust, in order to snatch gains. Because some people never read the public announcements from the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III (the Office), they were thus defrauded and stepped onto evil paths together with their masters or fellow brothers and sisters who are swindlers.
For instances, some people let some Buddhists do some things and told them not to tell anyone about these things. Otherwise, these people claimed, not only there would be no merit for what they did but also they would encounter vicious retributions. Some use all their means to defraud and snatch money from other people. Under the circumstances that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III did not participate in and were not even aware of their matters, they falsely linked H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s name with what they were doing and label their deeds as spreading true Buddha-dharma and doing Buddhist work. They are even so vicious and rampant as to let people mortgage their properties to come up with money to donate to them. They used being pious and establishing merit as their slogans to deceive people. How absurd and evil they are! The people being pressured by them were already having hardship in their basic needs of life. They did not have the slightest act of loving compassion and even added salt to the injury without considering other people’s difficulties!
H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is very disgusted with the rampant acts of such evildoers and instructed the Office to issue a public announcement on this matter once again, to protect living beings’ interests. You all are reminded to find out the facts and not to be defrauded.
You all should know clearly that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III is unselfish, compassionate, just, and flawlessly transparent. His Holiness the Buddha does not give hints to anyone privately and only has forthright statements open and above board to all!!! Whenever you come across any matter that uses H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s name to do something, you should seek verification from the Office. The Office has already issued public announcements multiple times to inform you that, as long as H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III did not state the matter in person and the matter was not stated in a public announcement issued by the Office, you must not believe that it represents H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s intention. Rather, it belongs to the personal conduct of those who told you so.
Regardless of who, including venerable ones, dharma kings, rinpoches, dharma masters, acaryas, and ordinary cultivators, says that a certain matter was arranged, instructed, wanted to be done, hinted, and assigned by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, represents H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s intention, or even was given in one’s state of meditation by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, it is not from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III unless you saw it in writing from H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III or the evidence is clearly present from the recorded dharma lessons expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. When you encounter such a matter, you must be sure to inquire of the Office. The Office will reply to you. Then you will know the true answer.
Please note that the Office will absolutely keep your inquiry confidential! We absolutely will not reveal your inquiry to anyone, including the venerable one, dharma king, or other person you are inquiring about. You can have full confidence in that protecting justice belongs to the duty of the Office and must-have the morality taught by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III.
If you met with retaliation because you exposed the fact about your master’s or someone’s conduct of using H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III’s name to defraud people and violating the teaching of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, the person who reported the fact to the Office will be deeply protected and blessed by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and, as a result of the good cause and karmic condition, will become a disciple of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and thus break away from that evil master, swindler, or bad friend. However, you must not lie. Doing so is immoral.
Conversely, if you see someone doing fraudulent acts using the name of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III but do not make an inquiry to the Office to seek proof, you do not read the public announcements from the Office, or you do not use the 128 views to check all so-called Buddhist cultivators, H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III does not want a disciple of this type. This is because such a person does not listen to the teaching and does not practice what His Holiness the Buddha taught. He or she is not a Buddhist by nature, is not a kind person, and, rather, is an evildoer learning the speech and conduct of swindlers and evil masters. H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III will not receive and meet anyone who joins swindlers and evil doers.
