What I Like to Say before the Publication of the Music CDs of Philosophical Sayings, Poetry and Songs
Venerable ones, rinpoches, dharma masters, acaryas, masters of dharma-listening sessions, great virtuous ones, laypersons, and kind male and female Buddhists,
Auspicious greetings to you all!
The high-class music CD series “All Dharmas Are Produced in the Mind” based on the philosophical sayings, poetry and songs by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III will soon be published and circulated by the American Art and Culture Distribution Company.
This magnificent cause ensured the smooth and perfect completion of the planning activities. I, a humble Buddhist disciple Shengzhao, deeply realized from my cultivation during the last several years that I must follow my Buddha Master closely, I must have my three karmas in correspondence, and I must truly be a kind person. Otherwise I am bound to commit mistakes. Of course, when I do make mistakes, the important thing is to repent and correct as soon as possible and then continue making progress. I am greatly aware that I should take holy one Hou Yushan as my role model. He presented a genuine heart to our Buddha Master through the end of his lifetime. In the end he learned the dharma and attained great accomplishment. Therefore, I must honestly work hard in cultivation and carry out activities of propagating Buddhism. I must benefit and give happiness to living beings with a mind of enduring humiliation and loving compassion. I also must cultivate with the attitude of caution as if holding onto a spike-toothed rake and a supporting stick.
Countless living beings are in the need of learning and practicing the dharma of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. My vow of wish is to propagate the true dharma of Tathagata and let more living beings listen to the recorded dharma lessons expounded by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. The Buddha will save those who have the right karmic affinities. I will provide opportunities to living beings who are in contact with me. They can go to any dharma-listening centers to listen to the dharma. Which center they go to makes no difference. There is no need of keeping them at my own dharma-listening center. This is what I have been doing to serve people. The Buddha does not have any differentiation in mind and treats all religions with equal care and love, including Christians, Catholics, Judaism, Daoism and others.
Now we have a very good cause on how to announce the philosophy and doctrine of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to people in the world. Let us all participate in this program of purifying morality and increasing benefits to people with persistence. In order to sustain this program long into the future to create good fortune for others, let’s all work hard to cultivate with correct knowledge and views. We are accumulating our merit to the size of Mount Sumeru. Under the illumination of Buddha light from Buddha-dharma, it will radiate colorful and splendid light beams to facilitate the maturity of our karmic affinities. Eventually we will have the opportunity of learning the precious essence of The Supreme and Unsurpassed Mahamudra of Liberation. That will allow us to transform expediently from ordinary beings to holy ones. This is the path we must take.
Now, the American Art and Culture Distribution Company will publish the high-class music CD series based on the philosophical sayings, poetry and songs by H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Our purpose is to use a way that people enjoy and love to propagate and spread the highest morality, utmost supreme Buddha-dharma, and the precious, profound, broad and great thought of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. That will let people, while singing and enjoying the exquisite melodies, benefit from the dharma of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and learn the thought of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. Consequently, they will get on the path of benefiting other people, benefiting living beings as well as benefiting themselves so as to leave impediments and attain the fruits of good fortune and wisdom of enlightenment practice.
It must be stated that this CD series published by the American Art and Culture Distribution Company is designed, produced, published and circulated completely by ourselves. It is an independent act of our own. It has nothing to do with the Office of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III. It has nothing to do with the International Buddhism Sangha Association. However, considering this magnificent causation of praising H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and benefiting living beings, we respectfully request the International Buddhism Sangha Association to help us by forwarding this letter to you, venerable ones, rinpoches, dharma masters, acaryas, masters of dharma-listening sessions, great virtuous ones, laypersons, and kind male and female Buddhists. This is just a recommendation to you all and to all kind Buddhists in the world. We are trying to add the merit of helping your endeavors of propagating Buddha-dharma and benefiting living beings. There is no slightest meaning of pressuring for purchase.
