In the article by Layperson Guo Yuliang that you forwarded, there is one part that does not agree with the fact. I want to make a statement on that. Regarding see the red-coral colored real Buddha face of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III, I and my wife, Chen Manli, did not see that. This is because we did not attend the dharma assembly during which H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III manifested His red-coral colored real Buddha face. We seem to have become people who are forgotten. There has been no one notifying us to attend any dharma assembly. We feel very bad!
It was because we heard from someone about the occurrence of the event of manifesting the red-coral colored real Buddha face. We were greatly joyful for the dharma. On December 30, we went to the temple to learn about the situation. People there all said that they saw the red-coral colored real Buddha face and the thin, white facial light. At that time, we happened to be in time to join the dharma masters and laypersons to listen to H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III to expound the dharma. We saw that H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III appeared very solemn and majestic. His body was brightly illuminating and moistened. The appearance of His Holiness the Buddha was a completely different type of holiness from my impression of seeing Him in February and was simply the appearance of a Buddha. However, His facial color was not like a red coral and, rather, was white-based ruddy.
Right during this karmic condition of listening to the dharma, we were fortunate to see H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III very clearly. The thin, white facial light that represents one of the thirty-two major elegant marks of a Buddha appeared and empowered people who were present. This is true without anything untrue. We bear the responsibility of causality on that.
However, Layperson Guo Yuliang put our signatures given for seeing the thin, white facial light that represents one of the thirty-two major elegant marks of a Buddha into the context of implying seeing the red-coral colored real Buddha face. We saw the thin, white facial light from His Holiness the Buddha, we bear causality for that. We did not see the red-coral colored real Buddha face, we do not bear causality for that.
