Please note that the cutoff date of online registration of the Grand Dharma Assembly of H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III and the First-Publishing Conference of “Expounding the Absolute Truth through the Heart Sutra” is March 17. If you have not already registered to attend this supreme grand dharma assembly, please be sure to not to miss the opportunity to do so in the next several days. In case you are really unable to register by the cutoff date of March 17, the only option is to come to the conference venue 8:00am on March 23 when tickets are open for purchase on standby bases. At that time, you can purchase both the ticket for admission to the dharma assembly and the ticket for respectively beseeching the sutra book Expounding the Absolute Truth through the Heart Sutra. Due to the limit of maximum occupants imposed by safety considerations, the International Buddhism Sangha Association (IBSA) cannot guarantee the availability of tickets on standby bases. However, IBSA will do its best to approach the parties in charge of the facility, in order to let you all share the joy of the dharma. If you can only purchase tickets on site, please arrive early on March 23.
Those who already registered online, we remind you to note the following two matters:
- If you made payment online but have not received a confirmation email, please send your inquiry to inquiry@ibsareg.org. Please be sure to include your transaction number from Paypal or the receipt number. IBSA’s information group will investigate and reply to you as soon as we can.
- If you have received and printed out the confirmation statement, please bring it to exchange for the “Admission Ticket” and the “Ticket for Respectively Beseeching the Sutra Book” according to the follow time/location information (see the attachement):
- On March 22, noon to 8:00pm, at Exhibition Hall 3 (Please enter from 1/F Hall 3 Elevator)
- On March 23, 8:00-10:30am, at Exhibition Hall 9 (Please enter from 1/F Hall 9 Elevator)
- Admission to the dharma assembly is by ticket only. No re-issuance or refund will be made for lost tickets. You will have purchase the tickets again onsite if you lose them. Ticket Holders please enter the venue from the West or East Entrance before 10am on March 23.
